4.2  You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects. You can update or correct your details at any time by going to the “Your Account” section on the Website.

4.3  When you create an account with us, you will be provided with login details and asked to use passwords and other means that allow you to access the Website (together your “Login Details”). It is your responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Login Details and ensure the Login Details meet any minimum-security requirements set by us. We will not be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your Login Details. Should you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of Login Details, please contact us.

4.4  You are entirely responsible for all activity on your account, including all orders that are placed from your account.

4.5  This website does not sell alcohol drinking products

4.6  It is your responsibility to ensure that the person accepting delivery is over 18

4.7  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion immediately on giving you notice. We further reserve the right to decline any new customer or suspend or terminate your access to any services that we provide.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER AND PURCHASE CONTRACT

5.1  Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Before you place your order, you will see a description of the main characteristics of the products in your shopping basket. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors in your shopping basket before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

5.2  Confirmation of your order will occur by us contacting you by either sending a confirmation email to the email address you have provided to us, a text to the mobile number you have provided or push notifications through the Greek Wholesale website or app (“Contact”) (the “Order Confirmation”).

5.3  Please note that the Order Confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract will take place when we dispatch your order to you. If we are unable to accept your order, we will tell you. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you promptly.

5.4  The Order Confirmation will indicate the final cut-off time for amending or canceling your order. We may also contact you a few hours before the final cut-off time for amending or canceling the order, alerting you to this cut-off time and reminding you of the scheduled delivery time of your order. Unless you have requested not to be contacted by text message, we may also send the reminder by text message to the mobile phone number you have given us when setting up your account. Any orders that have not been amended or canceled by this cut-off time cannot be amended or canceled and will be delivered by us in the scheduled delivery slot, unless you elect not to have the order delivered, in which case we will be entitled to charge you for the greater of the cost of perishable items and/or an administrative charge of £10.

5.5  After the Order Confirmation has been sent to you, any items added via “One-Click” on the website or the mobile app before the cut-off time will automatically form part of that order.

5.6  There is a minimum order requirement (excluding delivery charges) for every order placed (the “Minimum Order Requirement”). The standard Minimum Order Requirement is currently £40.00 (excluding delivery charges), but we may change this from time to time, including temporary changes during certain periods. Any changes to the Minimum Order Requirement will be set out on the Website and clearly indicated before you place your order.

5.7  Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of products supplied to you from time to time if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardizes availability for other customers. In the event of non-availability of any products you order, we may offer a reasonable substitute. This may affect the price you pay. Provided you have not touched the substitute item, you may reject any substitute item and we will refund the amount you have been charged for that substitute. We will identify any substitute items to you at the time of delivery and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the item at that time.

PRICE

6.1  With the exception of products referred to in clauses 6.3 and 6.4, the price of products will be as stated on the website when the order is placed, subject to the provisions of this clause.

6.2  The prices indicated are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the total price of your order and set out clearly before you confirm your order.

6.3  The price of some products, such as produce or meat, is determined by weight and will be based on the weight determined by us at the time of delivery. The prices of these products are therefore calculated at the time of delivery based on the actual weight of the product as determined by us, which may differ from the estimated weight set out on the Website when you place your order.

6.4  Prices for products that are sold by weight (e.g., produce or meat) may vary depending on the weight selected or consumed when weighed for your order. If there are substantial variations, we will amend the price of these items before you confirm the order.

6.5  All prices listed on our Website are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). You are liable to pay for any applicable taxes and charges that may apply in your country of residence, or the delivery country, in addition to the price listed on the Website.

6.6  Greek Wholesale UK reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and for which payment has been processed.

DELIVERY

7.1  Delivery will be made to the address you specify when placing your order. The delivery costs will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. We do not deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom, unless otherwise specified.

7.2  Delivery times are subject to availability, and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We aim to deliver within the estimated delivery window but cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Any delivery windows or dates provided are estimates, and Greek Wholesale UK is not liable for any delays.

7.3  If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, or if the delivery cannot be completed for any reason, we may attempt a re-delivery or hold the goods for you to collect from a designated location. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

7.4  If we are unable to deliver your order due to circumstances such as an incorrect address or insufficient payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, we will refund you for the products not delivered, but any delivery fees will not be refunded.

7.5  If you are dissatisfied with the timing or service of the delivery, you must notify our customer service team within 48 hours from the delivery date.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

8.1  You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, provided the goods are in resalable condition. The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receives the goods.

8.2  To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement. You may use the model cancellation form provided on the website, but it is not mandatory.

8.3  If you cancel the contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract.

8.4  You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging, where possible. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

8.5  For perishable goods or products that are not in resalable condition (such as opened, consumed, or damaged products), we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once the goods have been delivered.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

9.1  If any product you receive is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the specifications of your order, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or a refund in accordance with your legal rights.

9.2  Greek Wholesale UK aims to ensure the highest quality of products and services; however, if you believe a product is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt for the fastest resolution.

9.3  Greek Wholesale will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect products.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

10.1  Greek Wholesale accepts liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, but excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss that you suffer.

10.2  We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the contract if such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government action).

10.3  Greek Wholesale makes no warranties or representations regarding the content or performance of the Website. We are not responsible for any interruptions or errors in service, and we do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or available at all times.

10.4  You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and we will not be held liable for any legal or regulatory violation resulting from your use of the Website.

10.5  If we are found to be liable for any loss or damage, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in respect of which the claim arises.

10.6  Any warranties implied by law, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

10.7  Greek Wholesale makes no representation or warranty that the products purchased from us will meet your expectations or requirements.

10.8  We may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience, but Greek Wholesale does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

10.9  In the event of any dispute, Greek Wholesale will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably. However, if a satisfactory resolution is not reached, legal proceedings may be initiated according to UK law.
