Receiving Your Order
We take care to ensure your goods reach you safely. To help everything go smoothly:
- Products remain the responsibility of Greek Wholesale UK until delivered to your address.
- Once delivered, responsibility passes to you.
- Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery, especially for chilled or frozen items.
- If no one is available, redelivery may be required and additional charges could apply.
- Check your items upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if anything is missing or damaged.
- Store perishable items immediately at the correct temperature; we cannot be responsible for spoilage after delivery.

At present, we do not deliver to Ireland or other European destinations due to customs restrictions and changes following Brexit.
Delivery Methods
- Nationwide Deliveries : Dispatched via our courier partner DPD.
- Local Deliveries (Birmingham postcodes only): Selected perishable items may be delivered by our own delivery service.
*Delivery Times & Hours*
- Nationwide deliveries (DPD) : 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
- Local Birmingham deliveries : Typically 1–2 working days, subject to driver availability.
- Delivery hours are typically Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Local Deliveries – Perishable Items
Some specific chilled and frozen products are eligible for local Birmingham delivery by our own delivery service.
Delivery times are arranged after the order is processed.

While we aren't a phyiscal store, orders can be collected directly from our warehouse (by arrangement):

- We are open between 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday
Returns & Refunds
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or replacement under the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
- Claims must be made within seven days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photos of the affected product(s) and receipt details (date and time) via email. Photos should be taken immediately upon discovering the issue (e.g., when opening the parcel or product).
Refund Limitations
- Refunds are not available after 12 hours from the time of order placement.
- Refunds or replacements are not provided for undamaged items, improperly opened products, or items that were not stored correctly after delivery.
Damaged Products
- If damage is caused by us, we will issue a replacement or a coupon.
- For damage occurring during delivery, responsibility lies with the courier. We will assist in resolving disputes with the courier and may include the replacement item in your next order upon verification.
Change of Mind
If you mistakenly ordered an item, you may return it at your own expense. Refunds will be issued only for items that are returned in their original condition, unopened and intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., beauty items, women’s toiletries).
- Chilled or frozen goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Packaging Issues
- Refunds or replacements are available for issues resulting from packaging errors that do not match the products ordered, upon verification.
- For all claims, sufficient evidence is required to process your request. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding these terms.

Why is my order delayed?
If you place an order before 20:00 on Sunday, it should arrive within 3–5 working days. If we need to contact you about your order and cannot reach you by phone, we will send you an email. Please make sure to check your inbox (including your spam folder).
How do I cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel it at any time by emailing us or giving us a call.
How do I modify an order?
If you haven’t received an email confirming that your order has been completed or dispatched, you can request changes by contacting us via email or phone.
